centres, and there are numerous ATM machines.
St Petersburg and Moscow are not particularly cheap for foreigners.
OK if you eat in local places you might get a bargain, but generally
restaurants, museums, shops, etc are not cheap and you will
need to be prepared to accept (grudgingly perhaps) that foreigners
are often charged more than locals.
